He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Cable and Catherine Cable (Evans); and his sister Carol Sawyer. He is survived by: his wife Claudette Bronner; his children, Carl (Gerri) of Newton, David (Anne) of Rockford, IL and Connie Schelling (Todd) of Owatonna, MN; his grandchildren, Caylen, Curtis, Bronson, Derek, Kassidy, Calvin and Spenser; and his sister Mary Holub of Waterloo. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
