It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank Lynn Adelmund of Cedar Falls, Iowa, who passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Adelmund and Dorothy Adelmund (Abbas); his daughter Sandy Kay Siebrands; his brothers, John, Pete and Alan Adelmund; his nephew Jake Adelmund; his nieces, Dawn Hartema and Colleen Adelmund; and his siblings-in-law, Roy Buss, Kathy Adelmund and Marie Adelmund.
He is survived by: his grandson Owen; his daughters, Tracy Hild (Garrett) of Waterloo and Tara Adelmund (Leroy) of Muscatine, Iowa; his grandchildren, Angelina and Sean; and his siblings, Marilyn Buss of New Hartford, Jim Adelmund (Diane) of New Hartford, Floyd Adelmund of New Hartford, Jess Adelmund of Cedar Falls, Barb Adelmund of Cedar Falls and Sharon Hartema of Parkersburg, Iowa.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home (104 E Prospect St, Shell Rock, IA 50670). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
