She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Nissen and Grace Nissen (VonRoden); her husband Bob; her siblings, Carl Nissen and Marcella Hubbard; and her parents-in-law, Rachel, Harlan Main, Bill, Addie Eilers and Selma Johnston.
She is survived by: her children, Lowell "Butch" Klinefelter Anamosa (Rena), Diane Hoefle (Garry) and JoAnn Hoefle (Larry) of Cedar Falls; her grandchildren, Aaron Hoefle (Gabby), Leah Cox (Jason), Jesse Hoefle (Liz), Brianna Tellez (Felipe) and Annie Zech (Dan); her great grandchildren, Dallan Hoefle, Angel, Brisa Hoefle, Logan, Evan, Oliver Cox, Levi Hoefle, Ellie and Zoe Tellez; and her brothers, Martin Nissen (Karen), Leo Nissen (Donna) and Garry Nissen.
