Elva Thuesen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2022, at the age of 104, Elva Thuesen of Cedar Falls, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marius Hansen and Rosetta Hansen (Krumlinde); her husband Ralph Thuesen; and her siblings, Genevieve Hinrichs, Vera Holm, Arlene Goos, Lyle and Leonard Hansen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Gerdes (Norm) of Cedar Falls and Marcia Michaelsen (Ron) of Dike; her grandsons, Dan Gerdes (Karen) of Phoenix, AZ, Brian Gerdes (Michele) of Cedar Falls, Davis Michaelsen of Dike, Jordan Michaelsen (Lisa) of Cedar Falls and Tyler Michaelsen (Veronica) of Cedar Falls; and her brother Don Hansen (Joell) of Cedar Falls. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
