With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Donald Frazier (Cedar Falls, Iowa), born in Denver, Colorado, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Frazier and Clara Frazier (Peterson); and his brother Forrest Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hovenga; and his children, Don Frazier Jr. (Amy) of St. Charles, MO, Craig Frazier (Pam) of St. Louis, MO, Karen Perez of Cedar Falls, Sue Hoffert (Gene) of Cedar Falls and Tony Perez (Sherri) of Waterloo. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
