He is survived by: his son Joe Pelton (Shiera); his granddaughter Ariella Pelton of Irvine, CA; his siblings, Norman Watson (Lynne) of Waterloo, Jeff Pelton (Esther) of Raymond, Jane Eilderts (Jim) of Aplington and Susan Drew (Chuck) of Starke, FL; his sister-in-law Joyce Pelton of Waterloo; and his former wife Karen Schmitt.
