He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Pudil and Edna A. Pudil (Lohman); and his sisters, Marilyn Wingert and Delores Pudil. He is survived by: his wife Nina Furneaux of Cedar Falls; his children, Robert Pudil (Nancy), James "Jim" Pudil of Cedar Falls, Kay Pudil of Des Moines and Jan Whipple (Neil) of St. Charles, MO; his grandchildren, Jenifer Boger (Douglas), Brian Dencklau (Colleen), Amanda, Trevor and Blake Whipple; and his great grandchildren, Melissa and Alivia Boger.
Memorials will be directed to the Kimball Ave. United Methodist Church, Cedar Falls Municipal Band or the Cedar Valley Arboretum.
