With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dawn Leann Haislet in Cedar Falls, Iowa, born in Waterloo, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 24, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Dawn Leann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dawn Leann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Ann Pritchard (Pritchard). She is survived by: her father Donald Nielson of Cedar Falls; her husband Vincent Haislet; and her sister Peggy Porter (Richard) of Sioux City, Iowa.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parrott and Wood Chapel of Memories (965 Home Plaza, Waterloo, IA 50701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories (965 Home Plaza, Waterloo, IA 50701).
