With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Bullard (Cedar Falls, Iowa), born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on October 7, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fitch Bullard and Ruth Bullard; his wife Janice Maille Bullard; his uncle George Sauter; his aunt Julia Isabel Sauter; his sister Phyllis Bullard Rateau; and his brothers-in-law, George Rateau and Michael Winn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julia Bullard and Suzanne Bullard (Timothy Purdum); his grandson Elliot Purdum; and his sister Caroline Winn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
Memorial donations may be made in David's name to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
