She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Chapman and Alice Lucille Chapman; her husband Floyd Jordan; her granddaughter Whitney Jordan; her son-in-law David Leslein; her siblings, Marian Christensen, Kenneth, Dean and Don; and her great grandchild Jacob Simon.
She is survived by: her children, Doug (Julie) of Waterloo, Jerry (Rhonda) of East Dubuque, IL, Mark (Wendy) of Waterloo and Colleen Blondin (Bob) of Dubuque; and her siblings, Margaret Michaels, Nancy Kahler, Shirley Wiegand, Rose Thorne, Janet Groeneveld, Lynda Southard, Harold, Larry and Greg. She is also survived by grandchildren, step grandchildren, great grandchildren, step great grandchildren.
