He is survived by: his father Gary Scharnhorst; his wife Sarah (Ingamells); his children, Addison Highland of North Liberty, Owyn and Peyton Scharnhorst of Cedar Falls; his stepmother Teresa Scharnhorst of Hudson; his sister Amy Doherty of Cedar Falls; his stepsiblings, Nicole Van Brocklin (Grant) of Cedar Falls and Nick Clough (Sarah) of Hudson; and his grandmother Sharon Fackler of Waterloo. He is also survived by five nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tower Park (4140 Kimball Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for a future designation.
