She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald A. Power and Beulah (Rathbun); and her son David (Wayne). She is survived by: her spouse Cecil Crow (Wayne); her daughter Barb of Waterloo; and her grandchildren, Master Chief Ian Jungling of Norfolk, VA and Zshanoune E. Elliott (Jana Jungling Qualls) of Waterloo. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
