He is survived by: his wife Vesta Ann Pitsenbarger; his children, Deborah Condra (Bob) of Cedar Falls, Iowa, James Starr (Jenelle) of Raleigh, NC and Mary Starr (Mike Llewellyn) of Lee's Summit, MO.; his grandchildren, Laurie Condra (Lucien Carter), Karen Yokem (Cody Clark), Austin Gamble and Colton Gamble; and his great grandchildren, Jonah and Mackenzie Yokem.
