It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Elizabeth (Cedar Falls, Iowa), born in Grinnell, Iowa, who passed away on September 2, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Howell and Florence Howell (Sparks); her husband Donald Farrell; her great grandchild Ian Husske; her stepgrandson Brent Walton; and her siblings, Ellen Hansen, Freda Hansen, Roy Howell, Iva Howell and Ardith Shull.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Burns (Michael), Laura Walton (Micheal), Elizabeth Baumeister (Steven) and Barbara Shepard (Duayne); her grandchildren, Mason Walton (Sarah), Thomas Burns (Nicole), Sarah Valentine (Christopher), Nicole Husske (Andrew), Benjamin Walton (Heather), Ashleigh Maddi (Phillip), Jessica Vaught (Adam), Scott, Noah Baumeister, Drew, Samuel, Alexander and Emma Shepard; and her stepgrandchildren, Heather Kiewiet (Kevin) and Shane Walton (Tammy). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 5 step great-grandchildren.
