He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Winters and Angela Winters (Blong); and his wife Judith Hall. He is survived by: his son Troy Winters (Wendy) of Cedar Falls; his grandson Andrew; and his siblings, Richard Winters (Peggy) of Linn Creek, MO, Charles Winters of Watkins, CO, James Winters (Carol) of Jesup, Andrew Winters (Darlene) of Cedar Falls, William Winters (Julie) of Littleton, David Winters of Glenwood, MO, Dorothy Ehlert of Cedar Falls, Gloria Kibbee (Kenneth) of Waterloo and Cynthia Maines (Darrell) of Jesup.
