She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Ann Gusland (Johnson). She is survived by: her father Gary Gusland (Carylann) of Urbandale; her husband Troy Johnson; her children, Garrett Johnson (Brandi) of Cedar Falls and Karlee Johnson of Cedar Falls; and her brother Jay Gusland (Songet) of Wichita, KS.
