She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Peterson and Minnie Peterson (Parkhurst); and her sisters, Willa Zimmerman, Mavis Hamilton and Maxine Grandon.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Zimmerman (Kathy) of New London, WI, Cathy Petchulat (Joe) of Manchester, IA, Randy Zimmerman (Beth) of Jenison, MI and Brenda Waddle (Steve) of Cedar Falls. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
