We bid farewell to Austin Jayde Sternhagen of Cedar Falls, Iowa, born in Waterloo, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 1, 2024 at the age of 21. Austin Jayde touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Darwin Turk; and also Shadow. He is survived by: his parents, Stacy Sternhagen and Colette Sternhagen (Turk); his sister Ashley Sternhagen; his pets, Addie, Mazie and Nilla; his grandparents, Ruth Turk, Joe and LaVonne Sternhagen; and his aunts and uncles, Rachael Christensen (Anthony), Andrea Ward (Bryan), Michelle Miller, Jeff Sternhagen Syhlman (Vanessa), Melissa Sternhagen (Ezra Mixdorf), Mindy Sternhagen and Meredith Hearn (Bryan). He is also survived by 16 cousins; and many great friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for a future designation.
