She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Russ Smith; her parents, William Schmidt and Geraldine Schmidt; her children, Brandt Smith (Verda), Ruselle DeBonis (Tony), Bonnie Butz (Bob), Alysa Behrens (Gary), Wynn Smith (Lyn) and Skip Smith (Shelly); her grandchildren, Joey, Jacki, Jacob, Brie, Derek, Esti, Ashley, Jeremy, Josh Lowell, Joe, Sabrina, Melissa, Cherie, Shawna, Brett, Wesley, Ian, Daniel, Beau, Josh David, Christian, Nathaniel and Mathias; her sister Jo Grover; and her children, Claudia, Joan and William. She was also cherished by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or to the family to be designated at a later time.
