It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Arend Roskamp of Cedar Falls, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 90, on January 19, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Arend Roskamp and Tryna Roskamp (Memmelaar); and his siblings, Paul, Bertrand, Helen (Don), Gresham and Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon O'Keefe; his children, Lori Nordyke (David) of Cedar Falls and Michael Danny Roskamp of Cedar Falls; his siblings, Robert Roskamp (Diane), Diane Saffer (Darryl) and Marica Bergie (Brad); his grandchildren, Clare Nordyke-Williams (Tim) of Cedar Falls and Christopher Nordyke of Cedar Falls; and his sisters-in-law, Wanda, Ruth Roskamp and Donna Miller (Lawrence). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Nazareth Lutheran Church (7401 University Ave, Cedar Falls, IA 50613). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
