We bid farewell to Anita Mary Whitson of Cedar Falls, Iowa, born in Waterloo, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 23, 2025 at the age of 81. Anita Mary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Anita Mary may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Anita Mary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emily Hildebrand and Merlyn Hildebrand of Janesville Iowa. She is survived by: her husband Paul D. Whitson. She is also survived by her four sisters and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home (1825 W 12th St, Cedar Falls, IA 50613).
