She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. Yuska and Francis Yuska (Zmolek); her spouse Lavern D. Krizek; her son Bill Krizek; and her siblings, Eleanor Novotny, Dorothy Adams, Helen Zmolek, Leona Krezek, Martha Uniedt, Maxine Yonda, Harry Yuska, Stanley Yuska, Melvin Yuska and Joseph.
She is survived by: her children, John Krizek (Judi) and Bonnie Hertges (Mike); her grandchildren, Kim, Chris, Jason, Kevin, Bryan, Wendy and Will; her great grandchildren, Zach, Trey, Faith, Allison, Kain, Issac, Maddox, Kaden, Chloe, Joey, Sam and Ben; her great great grandchild Aryia; and her siblings, Bette Krezek, Clarence Yuska and Ronald 'Ronnie Yuska.
