We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2024, at the age of 92, Richard Bumann of Castana, Iowa, born in Battle Creek, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Bumann and Anna Bumann; and his brother Robert "Bob" Bumann (Greta). He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Bumann of Castana, IA; his children, Steven Bumann of Castana, IA, Brian Bumann (Donna) of Castana, IA, Annette Hendon (J. Scott) of Dallas, TX and Troy Bumann (Rhonda) of Castana, IA; and his grandchildren, Aimee Barritt (Jay), Chelsee Bumann (Harry Hoang), Kylie Heinse (Ethan), Eric Bumann (Cathy), Cory Bumann (Abby Gray), Heidi Vaughn, Morgan Hendon, Harrison Hendon (Jordan), James Haggerty and Tonya Hart (Travis). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Richard's name may be directed to the St. Peter's United Church of Christ of Mapleton.
