It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Dobrovolny of Castana, Iowa, who passed away on February 9, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Richard "Dick" and Marivena Kisling (Graybill); her husband Lester Dobrovolny; and her siblings, Russell, Fred, Richard "Dick", Jim, Marge, Elva Mary, Alice and Peggy.
She is survived by: her stepson Bruce; and her nieces and nephews, Roger, Lynette Braesch, Norman, Connie Thoreson, Craig and Renee Thoreson. She is also survived by eleven other nieces and nephews; six special great nieces and nephews; and eleven great-great nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be 10:00 A. M. Saturday, February 20, 2021 at the Rush Family Chapel with Pastor Linda Boggs and Pastor Harvey Hanson officiating. (Social distancing measures must be followed, Due to Covid-19 restrictions- Masks are required for the visitation and service.).
