He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harlow and Jessie Harlow (Wibbens); his wife Judy K. Dirks; and his brothers, Doug Harlow (Leora) and Harry Harlow.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Lee Harlow-Marino (Mark) and Todd Henry Harlow (Tammy); and his grandchildren, Mark Behrens Jr., Melissalee Kirkham (Matt), Dustin Harlow Behrens (Patsy), Cody Henry Harlow (Mandi), Hunter Lee Harlow (Faith), Storm George (Jason), Jade Freeman (Justin) and Cody Marino.
