She was predeceased by: her parents, P. Dee Bettis and Emma Bettis (Heilman); her husband James Arthur Harl; and her daughter Barbara. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Manning of Chandler and Eldon Harl (Julie) of Williamsburg; her son-in-law Bruce Hutton of Mount Ayr; her granddaughters, Shae Wilhelm (Ryan), Dana Gilleland (Brian), Sarah Harl and Beth Harl; and her great grandchildren, Ava Wilhelm, Brayden Rohr and Cayleigh Rohr.
A memorial fund has established for St. Paul United Methodist Church in Williamsburg or the United Methodist Church in Casey.
