She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Smithson and Lelia Smithson (Morris); her husband Dwayne; her daughter Kathleen Moorhead; her grandson Doug Arnburg; her son-in-law Gene Arnburg; and her siblings, Irene Keltner, Mildred Passmore, Morris Smithson, Gertrude Bullard and Beulah Dygert.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Norman Moorhead (Linda) of Bivins, TX, Connie Arnburg of Decorah and Gail Berkler (J. D.) of Largo, FL; her grandchildren, Rick Moorhead, Sonja Austin (David), Alan Moorhead (Joann), Janese Moses (Rocky), Scott Arnburg (Kelli), Pamela Irons (Dave), Kim Arnburg, Sandi Cranston (Scott), Mike Brownlee (Donna), Tammy Milcowitz (Lyn) and Ginger Arnburg; and her sister Hazel Klinkefus of Panora. She is also survived by 34 great-grandchildren; 23 great-great-grandchildren.
