He is survived by: his significant other Rhonda Jo Miller (Hodson); his friend Dave (Got Talent); his children, Kevin Miller (Cindy) of Pleasant Hill, Amanda Koch (Lance) of Urbandale, Lacey Sickels (Joe) of Pleasant Hill, Kacey Peterson (Travis) of Casey and Elijah Stanley (Stephanie) of Casey; his grandchildren, Jack, Rooney Miller, Austin Beerbower (Mary), Connor Wilson, Ava Sickels, Brenden, Brodee Swank, Hannah, Eliza Koch, Jace Peterson, Trinity, Erick Stanley, Lili Stonehocker and Bella Manning; his great grandchildren, Alexander and Alivia Beerbower; and his siblings, Pam Hill, Billy Cook, Carla Smith, Margaret Clarke, Lisa Kennedy, Patty Jorn, David Cook and Russ Alfrey. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
