He was predeceased by: his parents, John F Schmeling and Hattie Schmeling (Raduenz); his son Danny Wilhelm; and his siblings, Arthur, Max, Arnold, Robert "Bob", Clarence "Nick", Johnnie, Gilbert "Gib", Irma, Emma and Verna.
He is survived by: his son David Lynn (Tina) of Martinsburg, MO; his wife Betty Lou Lemke of Casey; his son Dennis (Heather) of Casey; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Megan (Braden), Laura (Kyle), Garet, Sara and Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
