He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Kelsey and Clara Brown Herb. He is survived by: his caregiver Gary Noyes of Casey, Iowa; his daughters, Samantha Herb of Tioga, PA and Korrie Brownell; his grandchildren, Brooke and Bryce Brownell of Lawrenceville, PA; and his siblings, Gerald Herb (Herby) of Elmira, NY, Lucille Derry (Lucy Herb) of Elmira, NY and Shirley Hale (Herb) of Millerton, PA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
