He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Jo Yates (Tom) of Davenport, IA, Paula Zupancich (Mark) of Grand Haven, MI, Daniel J. Rellihan (Joanne) of Dubuque, IA and Timothy J. Rellihan (Ann) of Asbury, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
