She is survived by: her children, Thad Gavin (Linda), Corlas Bildstein (Bob), Randy Gavin (Brenda), Clay Gavin (Diane), Brian Gavin (Laura Boeckenstedt), DaRae Coughlin (Kevin) of Cross Plains, WI and Amy Vorwald; her grandchildren, Chris Gavin (Lin), Lisa Gavin, Meghan Gavin, Brett Bildstein (Katie), Brianne Foulker (Kent), Kay Hornbrook (Aaron), Jason Gavin, Nick Gavin (Kathy Lee), Erin Foster (Travis), Jesse Gavin, Shane Gavin (Bree), Andrew Edwards-Coughlin (Megan), Cameron Coughlin, Tyler Vorwald and Riley Vorwald (Erin); her great grandchildren, Dale Gavin, Izze Gavin, Kinzie Gavin, Brennan Gavin, Ainsley Gavin, Brooks Bildstein, Everett Bildstein, Amelia Foulker, Shawn Hornbrook, Leo Gavin, Eli Gavin, Carter Foster, Madison Foster, Rowan Gavin, Piper Gavin, Avery Edwards, Rory Vorwald and Fae Vorwald; her great great grandchild Scarlett Gavin; and her close friends, Inge Taylor and Nick Taylor (Gabby).
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Martin's Catholic Church. A burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (408 3rd Ave NW, Cascade, IA 52033).
