We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2023, at the age of 88, Paul Staner of Cascade, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilfred Staner and Martha Staner (Peiffer); his children, Melvin Staner (Julie) of Cascade, Loras Staner (Connie) of Cascade, Donnie Staner (Kathy) of Cascade, Sharon Smith (Mike) of Eldridge, Margie Hentges (Tony) of Peosta and Linda Nedelcoff (Jon) of Oregon, WI; his brother Joe Staner (Rosie) of Cascade; his sisters-in-law, Lavonne Strang (John) of Cascade, Sharon Aitchison (Gary) of Cascade and Dorothy Aschtgen of Cascade; his wife Janet; his children, Greg Staner and Susan Staner; his sisters, Marie Orr and Janice Kraus; his parents-in-law, John "Jack" and Irene Gadient (Takes); and his brothers-in-law, Allen Gadient, Victor Kraus and Frank Orr. He was also cherished by 23 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a Paul N. Staner memorial fund has been established.
