He is survived by: his wife Erma Soppe of Cascade, IA; his daughter-in-law Carina Soppe of Lamars, IA; his siblings, Louis Soppe (Jeri) of Monticello, IA, Leo Soppe (Donna) of Cascade, IA, Connie Helle (George) of Anamosa, IA, Diane Nerney (Al) of Oxford Junction, IA, Carol Oberbroeckling of Epworth, IA, Beverly Holz (Dave) of Dubuque, IA and Deborah Steger (John) of Dyersville, IA; his sister-in-law Doris Soppe of Dyersville, IA.; and also, Kristina Soppe of West Union, IA, Michael Soppe, Jacqueline Goedken of Two Harbor, MN and Jeremy Soppe of Cedar Rapids, IA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
