She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin Casel and Eileen Casel (Carew); her husband Charles Althoff; her daughter Julie Ann; her parents-in-law, Vivian Althoff and Frank Althoff; her siblings-in-law, Virginia Dzaboff, Elaine Kirsch, MaryAnn Althoff, Edwin Althoff and Clarence Althoff; and her nephew Ted Althoff.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Althoff, Theresa Balk (Dennis) and Mike Althoff (Kathy); her grandchildren, Matthew Balk (Morgan), Courtney Stahlin (Zach), Rachel Balk, Caitlyn Miller (Nick) and Abigail Balk; her great grandchildren, Forrest Balk, Charlie Miller and Grayson Miller; her siblings, Paul Casel (Jeanette) and Mary Jane Bahr (Kenneth); and her siblings-in-law, Geraldine Kintzle (Frank), Kathy Graham, Margie Althoff, Robert Kirsch and Ronald Dzaboff. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be accepted by the family to be distributed among her favorite charities.
