He is survived by: his pets, Dave and Sandy; his wife Sandy Tomkins of Asbury; his children, James Tomkins (Christiana) of Muscatine, Joshua Tomkins (Sandra) and Rachel Rummery (Charles) of Asbury; his grandchildren, Isaac (Sabrina), Noah (Amber), Joshua, Madisen, Julien and Katti (Tristan); his great grandchild Callum; and his siblings, Mickey Buechele (David) of Dubuque, Debbie Cerling (Tim) of Minneapolis, Becky Elliott (Ken) of Irma, WI, Scott Tomkins (Laurie) of Springfield, IL and Steve Meyer (Rose) of New Vienna, IA..
