He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jodi Cook (Friederick) and Tim Cook; his siblings, Autumn, Lacie and Dustin Cook; his grandparents, Alice Cook and Kenny Friederick; his aunts and uncles, Tom Cook (Jean), Troy Cook (LeeAnn), Tricia McElmeel (Terry), Todd Cook (Kathy), Tony Cook (Tanya), Tanya Kluesner (Steve), Travis Cook (Diana), Terry Cook (Holly), Tara Lynch (John), Renee Ridenour (Brian), Tim Friederick (Dawn), Rhonda Deutmeyer (Dirk) and Tom Friederick; his grandparents, Dale Cook and June Friederick; and his friends, John "Crow" Krogman, Jim "Eb" Fischer and Alan "Squeak" Turnis.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Cooper's name.
