He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Whitey" Neyens and Celestine "Sally" Neyens (Manterach); and his siblings, Lori "Pris" Donovan Koppes, Patti Fortney and Gary "Baldy" Wolfe.

He is survived by: his children, Casey Neyens of Worthington and Callista Neyens of Bernard, Iowa; his grandson Isaiah Neyens (Isaac); and his siblings, Steve Wolfe (Vicki) of Mason City and Judy Kremer (Norman) of Cascade. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
