He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Dingman and Agnes Dingman (O'Dell); his daughter Ellen Frieze; and his siblings, Cindy Kofoed, Susan Olsen, Carolyn Dingman and Rick Dingman.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Dingman; his children, Wendi Watson and Patrick Dingman; and his brother Randy Dingman (Susan). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
