He is survived by: his sister Karen Grace; his son Jerry (Tammy); his daughter-in-law Carol; his grandchildren, Jerry Lee (Tricia), Randy, Nikole (Ben Reynolds), Ashlee and Tim (Laura); his great grandchildren, Luciano, Gianna, Arianna, Ella, Oliver Madeline, Jackson and Reese; and his adoptive son Frank Kohl (Rhonda).
