It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay M. Champion (Carter Lake, Iowa), who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William; her parents, Theodore Sr. Zagurski and Helen Zagurski; and her brothers, Thomas Zagurski and Theodore Zagurski Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Ploch (Mike) and Ed Champion (Kathy); her sister Robin Zagurski; and her sisters-in-law, Gail Zagurski and Cindy Zagurski. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
