It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irl Ray Lautenschlager (Carter Lake, Iowa), born in Davenport, Nebraska, who passed away on December 23, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lautenschlager and Bertha Lautenschlager (Sanner); his wife Donna Lautenschlager; his siblings, Jarvis Lautenschlager (Sylvia), Roy Lautenschlager and Geneise Braun (Elmer); and his brothers-in-law, Don Finke and Everett Claycamp.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol, Judy Moore (Richard) of Omaha, Jean Gunderson (Pete) of Carter Lake, Jerry Smith (Tom) of Neola and Joyce Slobodnik (Charles) of Carter Lake; his sisters, Sylva Finke of Lincoln, Neb and Marlene Claycamp of Edgar, Neb; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Lautenschlager of Hastings, Neb. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
