With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Schieffer (Carter Lake, Iowa), who passed away on January 4, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna and Ralph Ranard; her husband Donald Sr.; her son Donald Jr.; and her brother Bob Andersen.

She is survived by: her spouse Katherine Haslag of Rolla, Missouri; her daughter-in-law Darlene Schieffer; and her sisters, Ilene Beaver of Carter Lake, Iowa and Barbara Anderson of Omaha. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren.
