He is survived by: his wife Patti Midkiff; his children, Amy Anderson (Brant), Keith Midkiff (Cristi) and Debi Brown (Nathan); and his brother George Midkiff (Margie). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and a great granddaughter; a host of other family and many friends.
