He is survived by: his sister Erin Dean Kampschneider; his nephew Pryce Kampschneider; his close friend Dawn Bowman; and his aunts and uncles, Kristie Sachs Mosher, Glenda (Bill Rathjen), Carolyn (Jim Grasmick), Hunington (Suzy Sachs) and Donald (Reggie Dean).
