She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Edward and Luella Norine Dreyer (Blevins); and her husband Lowell Kay Phillips. She is survived by: her daughters, Cherri Phillips of Fremont, NE, Colleen Richards (Mike) of Elliott, IA and Candace Knop (Mark) of Henderson, IA; her grandchildren, Marty Richards, Kelli Gamble, Joshua Knop (Shonda) and Jerrica Jones; her great grandchildren, Kaden, Kaleb, Kingston Docker, Olivia Gamble, Jacoby, Kenley, Braxton Knop and Addison Jones; and her siblings, Donna Kelly of Oakland, IA and Norman "Eddie" Dreyer (Karen) of Palm Bay, FL.. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
