It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Lee Phillips of Carson, Iowa, born in Oakland, Iowa, who passed away on July 14, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Edward and Luella Norine Dreyer (Blevins); and her husband Lowell Kay Phillips. She is survived by: her daughters, Cherri Phillips of Fremont, NE, Colleen Richards (Mike) of Elliott, IA and Candace Knop (Mark) of Henderson, IA; her grandchildren, Marty Richards, Kelli Gamble, Joshua Knop (Shonda) and Jerrica Jones; her great grandchildren, Kaden, Kaleb, Kingston Docker, Olivia Gamble, Jacoby, Kenley, Braxton Knop and Addison Jones; and her siblings, Donna Kelly of Oakland, IA and Norman "Eddie" Dreyer (Karen) of Palm Bay, FL.. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
