He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Green; and his nephew Robert Green. He is survived by: his wife Eula Green; his children, Adam Green (Stephanie) of Strafford, Kelli Bush (Jason) of Carroll and Cassie Green of Council Bluffs; and his mother-in-law Shirley Stoutzenberger of Bolivar. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 1 niece and 2 nephews.
