He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Carley and Lottie Carley (Dye); his wife Myra; and his son Ernest. He is survived by: his former wife Myrna Jean Toland; his daughters, Marilyn Hart (Jerry) and Jeanie Moore (Gary); his grandchildren, Troy Hart, Michael Hart, Brian Moore and Brittany Curtis (Moore); his great grandchildren, Abigal, Elizabeth, Kaiser, Kiara Hart, Carley Curtis, Landon and Lawson Moore; and his sister Gertrude Ensign.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
