It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Carley of Carson, Iowa, born in Macedonia, Iowa, who passed away on July 31, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Carley and Lottie Carley (Dye); his wife Myra; and his son Ernest. He is survived by: his former wife Myrna Jean Toland; his daughters, Marilyn Hart (Jerry) and Jeanie Moore (Gary); his grandchildren, Troy Hart, Michael Hart, Brian Moore and Brittany Curtis (Moore); his great grandchildren, Abigal, Elizabeth, Kaiser, Kiara Hart, Carley Curtis, Landon and Lawson Moore; and his sister Gertrude Ensign.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
