With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Hotze of Carson, Iowa, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on January 24, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Harold "Bud" and Dorothy Elizabeth Hotze (Trede); and his sister Peggy Sick. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Lee (Jason) of Ames, IA; his grandchildren, Claire, Zoe, Isaiah, Abram, Asher, Selah Lee, Kate Ehresman (Mark) of Huxley, IA, Brady, Mya, Sydney, Greysen Ehresman and Mitchell Hotze of Carson; and his brothers, Terry Hotze (Helen) of Marion, IL, Wendell Hotze (Janell) of Carson and Gary "Ernie" Hotze of Carson. He is also survived by other relatives and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
