She is survived by: her sons, Shawn Kelly and Shane Matthew; her husband David Chase; her son Shawn Chase (Shannon); her grandchildren, Ashlyn, Aidan of Waukee, IA and Shane Chase; her children, Leighton Chase and Landon Chase; and her siblings, Glennice Shay (Gary) of Chaska, MN and Marlin Telkamp (Geri) of Watertown, S. D.. She is also survived by other relatives and a host of special friends.
